There are several options available; Standard model for remote switching, integral Pullcord units, and Timer models which incorporate an electronic time delay switch. Humidistat Control models are also available which are designed to switch on the fan as the humidity rises in the bathroom and off as it drops. The Passive Infra-Red model is sensitive to movement and will switch on the fan when someone enters a room and switch it off when the room is vacated.

The XF120 series comprises fan unit only or alternatively the XP120 fans are supplied with 400mm of aluminium flexible ducting (when extended) and an external 5" wall grille

The WF120 series is for window mounting through a standard 140 - 155mm Ø hole

XF120/XP120/WF120 The XF/XP/WF120 range of 120mm (5") bathroom/ toilet fans are quiet, efficient axial flow extractor fans for wall or ceiling mounting. Designed for larger bathrooms, cloakrooms, toilets and medium sized rooms, the 120 series are 56% more powerful than their 100mm (4") counterparts, with an increased surface area of only 10%. Moulded in high gloss ABS thermoplastics for modern appearance and ease of cleaning, the 120 series are easy to install, incorporate the latest technology and design and are subject to rigorous quality control checks. The CF200 range incorporates the latest technology and design in a powerful but very quiet centrifugal fan. This new range is fitted with a backward curved centrifugal impeller for a large airflow against the high pressures caused by longer lengths of ducting and resistance by grilles. The WF300 is designed for window mounting and can also be wall mounted using our wall mounting fixing kit. The WF300 has three models in its range. The basic model with fixed louvres, the manual model with internal pullcord operated backdraught shutters and the automatic model with thermo-activated internal shutters which open silently and automatically when the fan is switched on. The XF300 has two model in its range. The standard model has fixed louvres, which will also provide a natural source of trickle flow ventilation when the fan unit is switched off. The automatic model has thermo-activated internal backdraught shutters which open silently after the fan has been switched off. The XF300mm 12" built-in wall fans are designed for flush fitting into external walls.
